Southwest Autism Research & Research Center Online Store
Produce grown in the Beneficial Beans garden is planted, cared for, harvested and prepared for sale by adults with autism who are participating in a pre-employment internship.
The produce is sold through a CSA program. CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture and is a sustainable way of supporting local farmers.
Our produce is grown using organic practices & crops vary by season. As seasons change, the abundance of what we are able to produce fluctuates which impacts what members receive- we strive to provide a good value and experience for everyone.
Produce is $20 each week for a 10-week season and 100% of proceeds benefit adults with autism!
Each time you pick up your produce you provide an opportunity for an adult with autism to develop necessary customer service skills so that he or she can achieve meaningful employment in our community.
